Lahore (TAWWAWAR NEWS) The indictment hearing of Dania Shah, widow of renowned religious scholar Dr. Aamir Liaquat, in the indecent video leak case has been postponed.
Court Proceedings
The case was heard at the City Court Karachi, where Dania Shah appeared alongside her lawyer.
Advocate Liaqat Gabol argued that the case against Dania was baseless, noting that co-accused Yasir Shami had already been acquitted by the court. He emphasized that Dania neither recorded nor circulated the controversial videos.
The court observed that the FIA prosecutor was absent and therefore adjourned the proceedings, postponing the indictment date to September 18.
