(TASSAWAR NEWS) The final medicolegal report of model and actress Humaira Asghar has deepened the mystery surrounding her death, revealing that her shirt and trousers carried bloodstains.
Despite this finding, the cause of death could not be determined since investigators recovered only skeletal remains, with vital internal organs missing. This absence has severely hampered efforts to identify what led to her demise.
Authorities also flagged the lack of a national DNA and blood databank in Pakistan as a major hurdle, making it difficult to analyze and match the biological evidence found on her clothes.
Meanwhile, police confirmed that one of Humaira’s mobile phones remains missing, which could contain crucial clues about her final days, possible threats, and her interactions prior to death.
Humaira Asghar was discovered dead on July 8 in her apartment in Defence Phase VI’s Ittehad Commercial area, where she had reportedly been living alone for seven years. Her body was found by a court-appointed bailiff, who had entered the residence to enforce an eviction order over unpaid rent.
