Washington (TASSAWAR NEWS) The schedule for the fourth season of Major League Cricket (MLC) has been officially announced. The tournament will run from June 18 to July 18, 2026.
Tournament Format
- The event will feature six teams.
- A total of 34 matches will be played.
- MI New York, champions of the 2025 edition, have already secured two titles in three seasons so far.
Expansion Plans
MLC also has plans to expand into Canada next year and introduce two additional teams by 2027, signaling rapid growth of cricket in North America.
Uncertainty for Players
Despite the schedule announcement, USA Cricket has not yet clarified the status of its agreement with American Cricket Enterprises (ACE). This ongoing uncertainty has raised concerns among players regarding the league’s long-term stability.
