Mansehra (TASSAWAR News) – Torrential rains triggered flash floods in Mansehra and surrounding areas, causing widespread disruption.
A rain-fed stream overflowed, inundating homes and markets, while one house sustained damage. Three vehicles were swept away by the floodwaters, and a seminary also came under threat. Fortunately, rescue teams managed to evacuate the students safely.
Meanwhile, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a weather alert, warning of possible heavy rains in Islamabad and several districts of Punjab from today until September 3.
