Oct 5 Protest: Aleema & Uzma Khan’s Interim Bail Extended

Lahore (TASSAWAR NEWS) The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore has extended the interim bail of Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan in the case related to the alleged violence against police and arson incidents on October 5.

The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gull, who heard the interim bail applications filed by Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, the sisters of the PTI founder.

During the proceedings, both Aleema and Uzma submitted an application requesting exemption from appearance for one day.

In the application, it was stated that the two sisters were in Islamabad, where they had gone to meet the PTI founder and attend court proceedings related to other cases.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing until October 17 due to the non-submission of the case record, and it also extended their interim bail until the same date. Moreover, the court approved their exemption from appearance request.
