Lahore (Tassawar News) Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) chief pitch curator, Tony Hemming, has officially resigned from his position. Hemming, who joined the PCB with the aim of improving pitch quality across the country, played a key role in preparing wickets for domestic and international matches. His departure comes amid ongoing discussions about pitch conditions in Pakistan, particularly in Test matches.
The PCB has yet to announce a replacement, but officials stated that an interim curator will be appointed soon to oversee preparations for upcoming fixtures. Hemming’s resignation marks the end of his short but impactful tenure in Pakistan cricket.
